Bill is a life-long resident of North Liberty and a 1972 graduate of the University of Iowa. He has been actively farming with his family since 1977.
Bill's real estate career began in 1995 when he developed River Oaks, an 18 home subdivision in rural North Liberty. He is also involved in the development of Liberty's Gate and Liberty Centre subdivisions.
Over the past 25 years, Bill has been involved with a variety of civic organizations, among them the Jaycee's, Optimists, Kiwanis and Masonic Lodge. He is honored to be associated with "locally owned" Lepic Kroeger, REALTORS®, where Bill specializes in working with home buyers. His designations include Broker Associate, Council of Residential Specialists, Graduate Realor Institute and Certified Buyer's Representative.
