A lifetime resident of Iowa City and a graduate of the University of Iowa, Tom spent eleven years teaching in the Iowa City Community School District, and served as a head wrestling coach. Tom is very involved in community activities and served as the Chairman in a half million dollar fundraiser for the Iowa City School's. He served as the President of Club West, the Iowa City Booster Club and the Hawkeye Training Club.
Professionally, Tom has served a total of four years as the Chairman of the Iowa City Multiple Listing Service committee. He remains a local leader. Tom has led the Iowa City MLS sales from 1996–2011. In his twenty five years of real estate, Tom has enjoyed meeting and working with people to achieve their buying and selling goals. Tom takes pride in his representation of buyers and sellers and always looks forward to the opportunity to serve you.
Tom's wife Polly has been a teacher in the Iowa City community schools for over 20 years. They have three children: Matt, Natalie, and Kari.
