Sean received his real estate license in 1995 and has been selling real estate with Lepic-Kroeger Realtors since then. In 2011, he completed his coursework and passed the exam for the Real Estate Broker designation. He has been affiliated with the top producing agents in Iowa City and has most recently teamed with Kevin Hanick. Sean?s work ethic and professionalism are important aspects of his real estate career and something that his clients appreciate. Sean loves the real estate business in the Iowa City market and that is shown through his work with both sellers and buyers.
Sean was born in upstate New York and grew up in Omaha, Nebraska. He moved to Iowa City in the fall of 1986 to attend the University of Iowa. Sean is the proud father of a son, Preston, who was born in 2010. His wife, Kristen, is employed with University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics and is also a certified Yoga teacher.
Sean is an avid softball player and has coached the Flying Monkeys team for many years. He is a Hawkeye Fan and Husker Fan, enjoys golfing and attending various sporting events and listening to Christian rock music
