Ryan O'Leary grew up in Iowa City as a 3rd generation Realtor and has 19 years of sales and service experience including 13 years of commercial, residential and investment Real Estate Sales. Ryan went to the University of Iowa Tippie College of business and studied finance, marketing and entrepreneurship.
Mr. O'Leary was recently named one of the "Ten to Watch in 2005, " by the Press Citizen & "40 under 40" Corridor Business Journal newspapers for his many contributions to the community. Ryan is a coach and the Treasurer for Iowa City Kickers Soccer Club, the President of the Iowa City Noon Optimist Club, Vice?President and co-founder of Arts a La Carte non-profit dance studio and serves as a commissioner for Parks and Recreation.
In the professional world, Ryan conducts groundbreaking ceremonies and gives ribbon cutting speeches for the Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors. O'Leary sat on several committees for the local association of Realtors, chaired the Public Relations committee for 2 years, and was appointed to the Young Realtor's Council for the Iowa Association of Realtors.
