Matt Lepic is a life-long resident of the area and provides all types of real estate services across the greater Johnson County area and the surrounding communities. He brings 8 years of experience and two generations of real estate knowledge to work for his clients, continuing a family tradition of hard work established by his father Tom Lepic.
Matt lives in North Liberty with his wife Nicole (who is also a licensed Realtor), his daughter Tiffany and his son's Thomas & Landon. Matt enjoys watching Tiffany play soccer and dance as well as teaching his sons how to wrestle and play sports. Matt also enjoys staying active and is involved with the community and volunteers at local schools.
