Kim moved to Iowa City in 1979 to attend the University of Iowa. After six years working in the real estate lending industry, she joined Lepic Kroeger's staff, became a REALTOR in 1993, and also did residential property management concurrently for nine years.
Kim is very active in a variety of civic organizations and currently serves on the Boards of the Iowa City Area Association of REALTORS and Kids Voting Iowa, and is a founder of the Iowa Women's Foundation. In her spare time Kim enjoys reading, music and hiking with her dogs.
