1972, Gene Kroeger, founded the initial Real Estate Company that evolved into
Lepic-Kroeger, REALTORS. The guiding philosophy
of the new company was Excellence, Service to Customers and Community Involvement.
A continuous commitment to growth and quality service has propelled it to a
leadership position in residential and commercial real estate.
Creating a company dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for Iowa Citians was Gene Kroeger's vision. Many of the finest residential neighborhoods and adjoining shopping developments are products of his endeavors.
In 1982, Tom Lepic, became a partner and continued to help to build a higher quality, and productive residential, commercial, land developments real estate brokerage company. A growing and vibrant company soon joined forces with Kevin Hanick in 1983 and Ernie Galer in 1985. In 1984 Kay joined Lepic-Kroeger Realtors and in 2004 became an owner of the company.
Lepic-Kroeger has seen a lot of growth in the Iowa City area, since it started in the real estate business 34 years ago. We have made great strides from our office building on Washington Street with 2 agents and 1 full-time support staff, to Dubuque Street with 14 agents. Bursting at the seams we moved to our current location at 2346 Mormon Trek Blvd. We now have 38 full-time agents, 18 licensed assistants and 6-full time support staff in order to serve you with all your real estate needs.
